Elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, rose hips, and cloves. Includes muslin bag.
Place the ingredients included into the cheesecloth bag and tie closed.
Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a saucepan, add in cheesecloth bag and reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 30-45 minutes or until liquid has reduced by half.
Let the syrup cool.
Remove cheesecloth bag allowing as much water to strain out as possible.
Add in the honey and stir.
Store your elderberry syrup in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
